Ms. Johnson is an insurance defense attorney with substantial experience in equine related issues. Her practice is focused on products liability, personal injury and premises liability defense through commercial general liability carriers. Ms. Johnson is well versed in the purchase and sale of elite competition horses, application of Texas Equine Activities Liability Act, quarantine issues, contract negotiations and protection of trademarks.
